Shock Absorber Smart Production Line

TZTEK has extensive expertise in the field of shock absorber assembly lines. We have significant experience implementing assembly lines for both conventional and electronically controlled dampers at leading domestic manufacturers, and we are progressively expanding into magnetorheological and fully active suspension systems. Our conventional shock absorber assembly line was the first in China to achieve a 7-second cycle time and stable mass production. The electronically controlled shock absorber assembly line has proven expertise in vertical and horizontal assembly lines for single-valve products.

It was the first in China to achieve a 9-second cycle time and rapid delivery, and it led the way in launching the first domestic dual-valve product assembly line. While maintaining stable mass production, this line has secured multiple orders for dual-valve product lines from top-tier customers, becoming a standout example of TZTEK's capabilities in shock absorber assembly. In addition to continuously improving and upgrading our existing conventional and electronically controlled shock absorber assembly lines, TZTEK is actively expanding into magnetorheological and fully active hydraulic shock absorbers, achieving initial success in these areas.
