On July 29, a share donation to the education and technology sector was officially completed. The controlling shareholder of TZTEK, Suzhou Qingyi Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qingyi Investment"), has finished the transfer registration for its gratuitous donation of company shares to public welfare foundations.

Recently, TZTEK has established a wholly-owned subsidiary named Suzhou StellarMind Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on intelligent driving, embodied intelligence, and low-altitude economy sectors, offering foundational artificial intelligence technologies and software-hardware products. STELLARMIND registered capital is 200 million RMB, with its business scope encompassing the development of AI hardware and basic software, AI theory and algorithm software development, as well as various aspects of general AI application systems.
