    • High-rigidity, high-performance air-bearing guidance system ensures friction-free and wear-free operation. All three axes adopt a four-sided enclosure design, complemented by an air pressure monitoring function to effectively guarantee stability.

    • Ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient glass scales are employed on all three axes, making them insensitive to temperature fluctuations and achieving nanometer-level resolution, which significantly enhances the overall machine accuracy
