The Leap from STELLARMIND 001 to STELLARMIND 007, Leading the New Era of Embodied Intelligence

[Introduction] On August 25, 2025, TZTEK Technology’s (Stock code: 688003) holding subsidiary, STELLARMIND, released a new generation of high-computing TOPS-level embodied intelligent brain product, STELLARMIND 007. Built on NVIDIA Jetson Thor series, this product not only meets the computing power requirements of mainstream algorithm models in the embodied intelligence industry, but has also completed the adaptation and deployment of mainstream operation and interaction generative AImodels such as NVIDIA Isaac GR00T N1.5 and QWen model. It was publicly displayed at the NVIDIA Physical AI Forum of the World Robot Conference on August 9th, marking another breakthrough for STELLARMIND in the field of embodied intelligence.

The rapid development of embodied generative AI models has promoted the batch application of humanoid robots in numerous fields. The efficient deployment and mass production of large models in robot bodies not only rely on the computing power support and real-time reasoning capabilities provided by high-performance on-robot compute, but also require in-depth trimming and optimization of the trained models in combination with the algorithm toolchains provided by chip manufacturers to adapt to the on-chip hardware resources of the end-side chips. Relying on the NVIDIA Jetson platform, STELLARMIND deeply integrates NVIDIA Isaac, NVIDIA Cosmos toolchain and GR00T body-built large model to build a systematic solution including end-side computing power, basic software, data collection and synthesis, model optimization and end-side deployment, providing strong support for the large-scale production and application of robots.

STELLARMIND 001: The pioneering work, embarking on the mass production of embodied intelligent large brains

STELLARMIND 001 has quickly made a name for itself in the field of embodied intelligence since its release. Built on the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin platform, it has a computing power of 275 TOPS, which is designed to meet the computing requirements of complex scenarios such as environmental perception of intelligent robots, operation of large language models, and real-time data analysis. It endows the embodied brain of the robot with powerful computing and learning capabilities, enabling it to have a profound understanding of the environment and tasks as well as flexible response strategies.

STELLARMIND 002: Iterative upgrade, Integration of Cerebellum hardware

STELLARMIND 002 continues its existing technological advantages, integrates the x86 cerebellum module, makes up for the shortcomings of the STELLARMIND 001 in operation control capabilities, enhances the operational control accuracy of the physical body, and lays the foundation for complex and precise operations.

STELLARMIND 007: Upgraded Computing Power, Entering the Era of Central Computing

As a new-generation control unit for the field of embedded intelligence, STELLARMIND 007 is based on the Jetson Thor advanced hardware architecture computing platform, achieving a leapfrog improvement in computing power - CPU processing capacity of 600KDMIPS, FP4 computing power of 2070 TFLOPs, and FP8 computing power of 1035 TFLOPs. The AI computing power is nearly 7.5 times higher than that of STELLARMIND 001, and the energy efficiency ratio is nearly 3.5 times higher, providing strong support for the application of complex large models (such as VLM, LLM, VLA, etc.) in embodied intelligence scenarios. The powerful CPU processing capacity and AI computing power enable the large and small brain functions of embodied intelligence to run simultaneously on a single Thor chip. From then on, there is no longer a distinction between the large and small brains in embodied intelligence computing units, and embodied intelligence has truly entered the era of central computing.

STELLARMIND 007 directly addresses industry pain points and makes comprehensive technological breakthroughs:

· Space Utilization Innovation: In response to the compact space of the embodied intelligent body and the difficult design of the controller, the space layout has been optimized to the extreme. The size of the control unit has been compressed to 140mm × 130mm, freeing up space for expanding sensors and increasing battery capacity to adapt to more application scenarios.

· Interface Reliability Upgrade: Industrial and automotive-grade interfaces are adopted. The camera is equipped with a GMSL interface that features strong anti-interference, long transmission distance, and stable output. It supports hardware-triggered synchronization and is compatible with a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 70℃. The network interface adopts miniIO, which is only one-third the size of the traditional RJ45 (about 12mm×8mm), reducing the wiring space by 40%. The snap-fit design enhances vibration stability and is suitable for high dynamic operation of the main body.

· Spatiotemporal synchronization precision enhancement: Supports protocols such as NTP/PTP/gPTP, achieving a clock synchronization accuracy of 100us-level. Combined with a hardware synchronization system based on CPLD, it provides a trigger accuracy of 10ns for devices such as cameras, ensuring data collaboration among multiple sensors.

· Complete software ecosystem: It offers software OTA functionality, supports A/B partitioning, system rollback and differential upgrade, and shortens the iteration cycle; Build an integrated software and hardware diagnostic system to quickly locate problems in the underlying hardware links and software algorithms, and accelerate technological iteration.

Integrate NVIDIA's software toolchain and software ecosystem to fully empower the industry


The STELLARMIND 007 product deeply integrates NVIDIA Isaac simulation platform, Cosmos data generation platform and Isaac GR00T N1.5 model, providing users with an integrated software and hardware intelligent infrastructure solution. 

Through the full-stack integration of "software-defined intelligence + hardware-supported computing power", STELLARMIND 007 has built a complete closed loop from virtual simulation, data generation, model training to edge deployment, providing users with a truly integrated software and hardware, all-scenario, and personalized intelligent infrastructure solution.

· Virtual Asset Management: Devices such as robotic arms, binocular cameras, and grips in real scenarios can build a simulation environment through Isaac Sim. This not only enables the integration of cameras with virtual scenes but also allows the virtual camera stream to be published through the ROS2 node, providing support for algorithm iteration and robustness verification.

· Remote Operation Acquisition training: Obtain robot operation data through remote operation methods such as handle control, and then process the data with ROS2 to form structured training samples. Meanwhile, Isaac Lab employs the behavior cloning algorithm to enable the agent to imitate the operation behaviors presented in the remote operation data, combining the synthetic data in the virtual environment with the real operation logic to achieve the model's learning of the task execution mode.

· Model Deployment Verification: Through NVIDIA Isaac ROS, the trained models such as detection, pose estimation, and trajectory planning were deployed to STELLARMIND 007. Combined with physical devices such as robotic arms, grippers, and cameras, visual autonomous grasping was achieved. To sum up, a data closed loop based on Isaac ROS, Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab has been formed.

Relying on the powerful environmental adaptability and workspace configuration adjustment capabilities of GR00TN1.5, it can identify target objects through user instructions, significantly enhancing the success rate of tasks in typical manufacturing scenarios such as industrial material sorting and handling.

· Data-driven: Real capture data is collected through STELLARMIND 007, and diverse generalized synthetic data is generated based on NVIDIA Isaac GR00T-Dreams Blueprint, providing sufficient and diverse asset support for model training.

· Model Optimization: Based on the GR00T model, the optimization is carried out in two steps - first, pre-adjust with synthetic data to enable the model to master the basic logic of robot operation; Then, the real machine data is mixed in for a second fine-tuning to calibrate the deviation between the virtual and real scenes.

· Full-process Verification: After being tested in a simulation environment (verifying success rate and efficiency) and verified through reasoning and organization, the application of GR00T N1.5 from virtual to real on STELLARMIND 007 was finally realized. This "synthetic + real machine data" fine-tuning mode has significantly enhanced the success rate of tasks in complex scenarios.
