This accreditation verifies that Vispec Cube meets international high standards in data consistency, traceability, and measurement stability, making it well-suited for ultra-precision applications in high-end manufacturing.

2. Intuitive CAD & 3D Interactive Operation 

- Multi-Format CAD Compatibility: Supports the import of standard CAD formats such as IGES and STEP, and enables direct opening of native models from mainstream engineering software including NX/UG and Catia V4/V5, ensuring seamless data integration. 

- Interactive 3D Visualization: Provides an intuitive 3D viewport with support for model rotation, panning, zooming, and transparency adjustment, clearly displaying workpiece structures and measurement points. 

- Automatic Inspection Path Planning: Automatically generates optimal inspection paths based on the CAD model, featuring automatic obstacle avoidance to ensure efficient and safe measurement processes.

3. Safer & More Reliable Offline Measurement 

- Offline Programming & Collision Detection : Supports simulation of probe trajectories in a virtual environment to identify collision points in advance. Users can adjust Goto points to prevent potential damage to equipment or workpieces during actual CMM operation. 

- Customizable Safety Boundaries: Allows customization of the machine's safe operating envelope, further enhancing measurement security throughout the whole process.

4. Clearer Data Analysis & Quality Feedback 

- Graphical Reporting Measurement results are displayed intuitively via combined 3D graphics and data tables with clear Pass/Fail markings for rapid workpiece quality assessment.

- Detailed View Analysis Provides element form detail views (such as roundness and profile deviation curves) to visually display the deviation distribution of measured items. This helps users accurately pinpoint machining issues and provides data-driven support for process optimization.

- Multi-format Report Export Reports can be exported to PDF, Excel and plain text. Real-time cumulative reports and feature property reports are also available to accommodate diversified document management.


5. Comprehensive Measurement Capabilities & Open Interfaces 

- Extensive Measurement Elements & Tolerance Evaluation : Covers all types of geometric elements, including points, lines, planes, circles, cylinders, and curves and supports dozens of tolerance evaluations such as distance, angle, position, roundness, and  surface profile. 

- Probe & Automation Integration : Supports hardware configurations including probe changers, star probes, and rotary joints. Fixture movements can be controlled via I/O cards; the software communicates with AGVs over HTTP protocol to realize automatic loading and unloading, matching the demands of automated production lines.
